邊境鬆綁10/13實施0＋7 口罩解禁再等等

邊境真的要開放了，第一階段9月29日開始全面恢復免簽，最快10月13日之後入境檢疫改成0+7，同時也會取消觀光禁團令。

行政院發言人羅秉成：「近程的開放措施是每週入境人數提高到6萬人次，3+4全程一人一室，取消機場唾液PCR，全面恢復免簽，9/29正式實施。」

邊境鬆綁往前邁進一大步，檢疫0+7，確定要上路了！

行政院發言人羅秉成：「（如果）都在掌握中，我們再經兩個禮拜的預告後，正式實施0+7，也就是大約的落點在10/13，每週入境15萬人次，入境免居隔就是0+7，開放免簽證國家入境，觀光取消禁團令等。」

疫情中心指揮官王必勝：「先前的自主防疫是不能去用餐，那如果不能去用餐，對觀光來講就是沒有意義，我想我們會做一些裡面的內容的調整。」

考量觀光、餐飲需求，7天自主防疫規定也將放寬，而第一步就從入境篩檢開始。

疫情中心指揮官王必勝：「就把唾液篩檢改成自主快篩去做，我們會發4劑快篩給入境的人，然後希望他在有症狀的時候做，我想可能下週就會實施。」

打包票快篩存量一定夠，全面大解封，但「口罩」是防疫最後一步，確定會等0+7實施之後，才考慮解除口罩禁令。

疫情中心指揮官王必勝：「所以我們想我們會比較晚去解這個口罩令，未來如果疫情趨緩，我們會說都不用戴、什麼情況要戴。」

特別舉例，大眾運輸、搭捷運，人多又是密閉空間，口罩不可能放！研擬改成「有條件」需要戴，因為不只對抗疫情，防流感也很有效。
