32歲的蔡姓男子得知33歲的林姓大哥假釋出獄，與20名黑衣小弟前往接風卻與警方爆發衝突，蔡男等人更包圍4名員警出手推擠，狂嗆三字經，警方拘捕8人到案，另有7人通知到案說明，訊後依妨害公務、組織犯罪等罪送辦，南檢今（22）日指出，蔡男等4人涉嫌重大，有勾串共犯之虞，向法院聲請羈押，並諭知另外2人交保、2人限制住居。

蔡姓男子等20多人20日下午4時許前往南二監接風，打算施放大量鞭炮慶祝林姓大哥假釋出獄，卻遭到監獄人員及警方勸阻，爆發衝突，直到林男出面制止才罷手，離開時還猛按喇叭挑釁，行徑囂張，引發社會討論，警方鎖定8人涉嫌重大，報請檢察官指揮偵辦，昨日持拘票將蔡男等人拘提到案，晚間9點以妨害公務等罪嫌移送台南地檢署。

南檢指出，本月20日，蔡姓男子帶同近20名青少年前往台南第二監獄，在監所門口對管理員及員警叫囂、推擠，涉嫌妨害公務等案，檢警鎖定蔡男等8人涉嫌重大，將8人拘提到案，並通知另外7人到案說明者，檢察官訊問後諭知交保2人、2人限制住居。

南檢指出，蔡男與張、曾、蔡等4人所涉妨害秩序嫌疑重大，另蔡男還涉嫌侮辱公務員犯行，認4人有勾串共犯之虞，向法院聲請羈押。
