不敢睡！居民搬板凳坐室外 公所「戶外應變」
台東強震截至18日上午10:30，已經有超過55起餘震，而緊鄰震央的池上鄉，主震發生當下，測出6強震度，不少居民直接搬出板凳，在屋外圍成一圈，就怕再天搖地動，另外海端鄉也有民眾被嚇到不敢睡覺，海端鄉公所災害應變中心，更是直接在「戶外開設」，鄉長電話接不停，不斷確認災情狀況。
已經是深夜但不少民眾都在屋外，有的走來走去到處查看，更多人則是直接搬板凳，圍在一起不敢進家門。這是台東池上鄉街頭，17日晚上天搖地動，因為緊鄰震央關山鎮，測出6強震度，晃動感非常強烈。
