邊境重啟 保險業者重上架海外突發疾病險
各國邊境陸續解封，海外旅遊即將復甦，根據金管會初步調查，目前已有3家保險公司重新上架不賠法定傳染病的海外突發疾病醫療險，今年底前預計還有20家業者將重新上架商品。

址行政院長蘇貞昌22日表示，入境「0+7」制度預計10月13日上路，同時將開放免簽證國家入境、取消觀光禁團令等。外界預期，各國邊境陸續解封，海外旅遊將逐步復甦，相關保險保障成為焦點。因產險業在防疫險踩上大雷，業者先前已幾乎全數下架海外突發疾病醫療險，避免「從國內賠到國外」；主因在於舊版海外突發疾病醫療險條款並未將法定傳染病列為除外責任。

金管會日前同意產、壽險公會提報的新版海外突發疾病醫療險附約示範條款及旅遊不便險參考條款，基本架構均不賠法定傳染病，業者可自行評估是否將法定傳染病列入承保範圍。
金管會保險局副局長張玉煇今天在例行記者會表示，目前已有1家產險、2家壽險重新上架不賠法定傳染病的海外突發疾病醫療險附約；另有1家產險有上架將法定傳染病納入承保範圍的海外突發疾病醫療險

址根據保險局初步調查，9月預計還有1家產險、1家壽險要上架不賠法定傳染病的海外突發疾病醫療險，10月有7家產險、5家壽險要上架，11月有1家產險、2家壽險要上架，12月也有1家產險、2家壽險要上架換言之，今年12月底前，總計還有20家產、壽險公司將上架不承保法定傳染病的海外突發疾病醫療險商品，供民眾出國旅遊添購保障。
旅遊不便險方面，目前已有1家保險公司重新上架海外旅遊不便險，承保範圍排除法定傳染病及檢疫。
