違建藏「12支基地台」！居民怒槓電信公司

桃園平鎮北貴里的居民，日前發現有一棟透天民宅最頂層的區域被用鐵皮包覆，雖然從外觀看不出來裡頭模樣，但用空拍俯瞰後發現竟暗藏了「12支基地台」，讓附近居民很不滿，控訴設置不合法，沒有法定安全距離，具有危險性。

住戶:「基地台前方幾公尺是危險的，你敢講嗎？危險，那直接面對我們那一排的房間。」

住戶：「距離你們就4公尺了，怎麼會是15公尺，所以說你的距離離我們社區太近了。」

住戶：「我代表北貴里不同意建蓋就這樣子，（大家不同意對不對），對。」

綁上布條不惜勞師動眾，住戶生氣不是沒原因，因為社區前的這棟透天最頂層的方形鐵皮內有些蹊蹺。

現任社區發展協會理事長張寶珠：「你看這個，這樣算是12支，你看這樣四面八方，對後面離不開4米的房子怎麼辦？」

從外觀看不清，住戶就用空拍機俯拍，裡頭竟裝了12支「基地台」，這讓住戶很不滿，因為不僅離社區公社很近，就連後方一整排住宅也只有5到6米距離，住戶控訴安全距離不合格。

住戶：「NCC自己製作的官方文宣都說基地台架設會遠離人群15公尺以上，但是我們那一排社區的民眾，5樓的直線距離跟對方現在目前6樓違建的距離要預計架設的地點是幾乎平視，然後也都在15公尺的範圍內。

各家電信業者都到場，NCC也前往會勘，其中最有爭議的，是基地台設置的樓層還被認為是違建。

桃園市議員劉仁照：「他現在建照始終還沒有下來，所以你現在不能說它合法，我們查出來是第一類違建，最上面那一層是違建。」

雖然電信業者有依法登錄申請，但還需經桃園市府評估建案是否有違建，NCC才會接續審核。陳情活動最終看似達成協議，但未來是否再添變數，居民都關注。
