新台幣強升1.2角！專家曝1激勵因素：有機會往31.5元邁進
國際美元走弱、台股跌深反彈，新台幣匯率今(４)天收盤升值1.2角，收在31.748元，專家指出，若接下來台股持續反彈，新台幣將有機會往31.5元邁進。
匯銀人士分析，今天新台幣走強最主要原因，一是台股出現反彈，二是國際美元拉回，2因素都使台幣有較大反彈空間。更預期若接下來台股持續上攻，新台幣也有望往31.5元邁進。
另一方面，美元指數回落至111附近震盪，外匯專家李其展表示，美元指數後續關鍵要看本周五經濟數據的表現，美元確實漲多拉回，但目前看來只是多方的獲利了結，而不是轉折走勢。

址但是他指出，近日國際市場消息中，澳洲央行升息力道比原預期小、英國央行意外宣布購債，之後2國貨幣都出現一波反彈，顯示市場認為「升息力道真的太快了」，稍微寬鬆一點反而會讓大家鬆一口氣，認為經濟能更有活力，因此使貨幣走勢有所支撐，這些事情也將影響美元走勢。李其展表示，若這周五美國經濟數據公布後，數據表現好，美元的修正會告一段落、再回強勢，他進一步說明，由於近期美元漲太多，導致短線有所修正，但只要經濟數據好，代表升息後經濟也能有撐，因此有機會使美元指數重回上升趨勢。
但若經濟數據表現不好，美元可能就是從短線的漲多拉回，變成需要更長休整時間。
美元該急著買嗎？
市場多數預期美元將會持續走強至年底，既然趨勢未有太大改變，究竟民眾需不需要趁現在美元「相對便宜」的時候趕快入手呢？李其展認為，至少到周五經濟數據出來、情勢明朗之前，都可以偏向觀望，預期這周以內匯率走勢都是盤整格局，短線上可以先「等一下、觀察一下」。
