址（中央社記者蘇思云台北2日電）耒耜邑農業科技打造「豬來寶」團隊，運用AI技術，打造母豬健康偵測平台，透過紅外線熱像儀組偵測母豬頭部溫度，讓豬農有機會提早發現母豬發情或生病異狀，降低損失，技術成果也獲得數位部肯定。耒耜邑農業科技經理鄭虢鍇告訴中央社記者，養豬產業過去多透過人工方式紀錄豬隻健康情況，過去豬隻若有異狀，也必須透過獸醫、以侵入式方式量測母豬肛溫，非常不方便，豬農多數也不會常態測量，但這也導致太晚才發現母豬健康亮紅燈。
鄭虢鍇指出，團隊打造的系統結合養殖現場的自動餵料設備，在現場架設紅外線熱像儀組，運用AI人工智慧技術做影像辨識，判斷豬隻個體與頭部部位，接著判讀位置以量測母豬的體表溫度。
也就是說，在豬隻飲水、吃飼料時，設備就可以自動幫豬量測體溫，經過後端系統分析後，可以藉此提早偵測豬隻是否有發情或熱疾病等徵兆，目前溫度量測正確率可以在正負攝氏0.3度之間。
雖然豬隻發情或身體發炎時，都會造成體溫上升，不過，鄭虢鍇解釋，系統可以搭配個別豬隻的飲水跟吃料量做進一步分析。例如，母豬發情時，每天飲食量可能較少、飲水量比平常多、體溫也在幾天內會緩慢上升，相比之下，若是真的身體發炎，母豬體溫會在短期內快速上升。
團隊建置的平台可以看到母豬體溫、飲水、飲食量3條曲線的走勢，就能綜合判讀母豬身體狀況。鄭虢鍇指出，如果體溫狀況異常，就可以發出訊息提前向豬農示警，減少可能損失或避免症狀惡化等，「如果只是『熱緊迫』，可以在養殖環境開風扇、灑水降溫，不見得要用藥」。
這套母豬健康偵測平台技術目前已在彰化的永隆畜牧場進行實務驗證近3個月，在小範圍的初步測試中，發情狀況的監測準確率可超過9成以上。
團隊目前提出的AI母豬健康偵測平台，可以協助監控管理豬隻健康，也在今年數位部數位產業署辦理的「前瞻應用與公益創新實證賽」，從137件徵件中脫穎而出成為4名佳作之一。
鄭虢鍇表示，隨著相關實際驗證、資料蒐集規模日漸擴大，加上團隊也有專家顧問團，有望進一步提升病症與模型判斷的精確性，希望目前打造的母豬健康偵測平台，未來可以發展成豬隻智慧養殖跟健康管理系統。「概念上就是幫豬隻打造履歷表，讓每隻豬隻年齡、身體狀況、是否生病過都能一目了然。」
