怕溪水倒灌沒關閘門？員山七賢村一片汪海

尼莎颱風外圍環流及東北季風帶來劇烈雨勢，蘭陽溪水暴漲；其中員山鄉七賢村溪洲地區水位高至80公分、水淹沒路面，目前居民與車輛都出不去，抽水機也進不去，有民眾懷疑是忘了關水閘門，對此水利署第一河川局也澄清，清晨五點多時監測溪州閘門外水高於內水，無法重力排出，旋即關閉水門，但在7時多內水高於外水時，又再將水門開啟維持重力排水，並非「忘了關閘門，致七賢村內水淹水」。

址據了解，宜蘭從昨晚迄今（16日）早上10時，已降雨約達800mm，蘭陽溪主流水位高漲。河川局表示，七賢村的防水閘門只要水能自然排出去就不會關閉，然而連夜豪雨擔心蘭陽溪水位上漲，擔心溪水倒灌。

因此清晨5時30分，水門管理員打電話給村長表示，溪州大牌路上已經有積水，村長連忙跟管理員過去把水門關起來，之後於7時許，發現內水高於外水時，開啟水門維持重力排水。
目前現場尚積水區域，其聯絡道路因水位高漲，致吊卡抽水機尚無法進入，第一河川局已積極連絡，將以大型吊車將抽水機吊放預佈地點，預計12時完成組裝即可抽水減除積淹。
