雨釀災情！濱海公路瑞芳段巨石崩 北宜邊坡滑落

宜蘭、新北瑞芳一帶近日不斷下雨造成災情。濱海公路台2線瑞芳段，週六晚上6點多發生落石，2顆大石頭壓壞護欄，還佔用雙向機車專用道，另外北宜坪林段，週六晚間邊坡滑落，一度全線封閉，相關單位冒雨清理通車。

邊坡土石滑落，挾帶樹木，橫倒在雙向道上，擋住所有車的去路，沒辦法通過，事發在新北往宜蘭的北宜公路坪林路段，5號晚上11點多受到大雨影響，邊坡土石鬆動，導致南北雙向道都無法通行。

6號清晨天一亮，不斷下著雨，往旁邊一看，山壁上一片光禿禿，就怕發生二次坍方，警方先進行交通管制，在凌晨3點多搶通，工程單位排除狀況，利用推土機把土石剷到貨車上，載離現場再出動水車，把地上土石清洗乾淨，只是天空還不時下著雨，雖然緊急通車，但是用路人還是要小心，另外也是雨帶來的災情，在瑞芳台2線。

址比人還大的巨石就這樣砸在護欄上，畫面險象環生，護欄整個凹陷全毀，形成V字型，機車騎士無法通過，警方趕到現場，揮手指示進行交通管制。

另一顆巨石從山壁滑落，掉落在南下車道邊線外側，碎片和樹葉散落一地，路面幾乎都是土石泥沙，大小石頭就這樣，占用雙向機車專用道。

5號晚上6點多瑞芳區台2線77.5公里處，公路局人員獲報抵達現場進行清除作業，花了快2個小時的時間，恢復雙向通行。公路局說落石直徑非常大，長度約2公尺，還可能有10多噸重，所幸當時沒有砸傷人，造成無法挽回的悲劇。
